Resources & Help

A clear start.
A record you can follow.

Practical guidance for joining the pilot, setting up farm context and understanding synchronisation.

Getting started

Account and people

Confirm the farm account, owner and manager roles before recording work. Use only approved login and onboarding destinations.

Follow the onboarding steps
Boundary mapping

Keep the source

Use outdoor GPS conditions where possible. Record the boundary source and accuracy; a phone outline is not automatically a legal survey.

Android installation

Use the approved release

Confirm the release version and installation guidance before installing. A public download is being prepared.

Offline and sync

Check acceptance

Capture while offline, retain the app data, reconnect and inspect each record’s sync status. If a record fails, preserve it and seek pilot support before clearing app storage.

Common questions

Before you begin.

Can I join the pilot today?

You can prepare a farmer enquiry here. The form prepares an email to HeritageIQ. Review it and press Send in your email app.

Does offline mean my record has reached HeritageIQ?

No. Offline capture keeps the record on the device. It needs connectivity and successful server acceptance before it is synchronised.

What makes boundary information trustworthy?

Its source, capture context and appropriate geometry review matter. A boundary drawing or phone GPS fix should not automatically be treated as an authoritative survey.

Can I invite a manager and other directors?

The local onboarding implementation supports multiple members with Owner, Manager or Viewer access. A title such as Director is separate from permissions. Staging and device verification remain pending.

Is the origin record a certification?

No. It organises submitted information and supporting evidence. A check should state its scope, and regulatory or certification decisions require their own review.

Does the website provide EUDR compliance?

No compliance guarantee is made. The website shows an origin-information approach; buyers must establish their applicable requirements and assess the underlying evidence.

Where can I download the Android app?

The HeriShamba page will enable a download after an approved APK file or URL is supplied. Avoid unapproved copies.

Are the photographs from Kinondo Farm?

No. The six coffee-journey images are generated illustrations. They are not evidence of the pilot or real customer activity.
