HeritageIQCreate farm account
How It Works

From the first farm account
to an informed buyer review.

Each step adds context. Each contributor stays visible.

02

Add the boundary

Identify the farm boundary and retain its source. A drawn or walked outline must be checked before it is treated as authoritative.

03

Describe the enterprises

Add the relevant crops and farm enterprises so records have a clear context.

04

Invite people and assign roles

Owners, directors and managers need clear responsibilities. Owners can invite multiple members with Owner, Manager or Viewer access in the local implementation. Staging and phone verification remain pending.

05

Capture farm records

Record activities, labour, inputs and harvests through the pilot app. Keep planned work distinct from work actually completed.

06

Attach supporting evidence

Evidence should retain its capture context. A submitted photograph is not automatically a checked claim.

07

Organise the coffee lot

Connect whole harvest records and processing information to the coffee lot. Identify each responsible contributor.

08

Review with the buyer

Show submitted information, checks with their scope, and missing information. Follow up on gaps before relying on a claim.
